Terms & Conditions

When you book with Gabriel's Athletics Ltd there’s an agreement between us that is outlined below. We aim to pursue a good, open and honest relationship with all of our customers. If there is a problem we will work hard to put it right.

  1. Places are filled on a first come first served basis.

  2. The hours of the camp are 9am - 1pm.

  3. Campers can be dropped off from 8:45am and must be collected by 1:15pm. Gabriel's Athletics Ltd & its employees are not responsible for children outside of these times.

  4. If your planning for your child to make his/her own way to and from camp, please check the appropriate box on the registration form.

  5. You must inform a member of staff if a different adult will pickup your child at the end of the day.

  6. You may cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours before the camp begins. After this point refunds/booking amendments are made at the discretion of the Camp Leader.

  7. You are not entitled to a refund if your child is unable to attend one or more days of camp.

  8. All medical/behavioural conditions must be clearly stated on the booking form.

  9. Children must wear the appropriate clothing, bring a hat, and wear sun cream each day.

  10. Gabriel's Athletics ratio of staff to children exceeds all statutory requirements. The actual ratio may vary from week to week but will not exceed a staff to child ratio of more than than 1:8.

  11. Gabriel's Athletics does not accept liability for personal injury or the death of any person unless directly caused by the proven negligence of the company or its servants, in this event our liability insurance provides cover of up to £2 million.

  12. Gabriel's Athletics Ltd does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the children. All valuables, including mobile phones should be left at home.

  13. Gabriel's Athletics Ltd reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire program. Full refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation.

  14. Photographs and video footage may be taken and used for promotional reasons. They will not be published anywhere without the explicit permission of a parent/guardian.

  15. Gabriel's Athletics Ltd has permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness.

  16. If your child falls ill during the camp we will contact the emergency numbers you provided and need someone to collect the child ASAP.

  17. Information on activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions, program schedules, and other arrangements. Gabriel's Athletics Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly in the event of unanticipated situations.

  18. Gabriel's Athletics Ltd will seek to mediate any behavioural issues with campers and parents first. If it is not possible to move forward, Gabriel's Athletics Ltd reserves the right to remove any child that is disruptive from the camp due to misbehaviour or whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.

  19. Gabriel's Athletics is committed to ensuring every child has such an amazing experience at camp. If you or your child are not entirely satisfied with the service we provide, then we want to be the first to know. If there’s a problem while your child is still at the camp, we will try our best to resolve it.
